Special Hours for Bank Holidays
We would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our bank holiday opening hours and off-hire procedures during these periods.
Bank Holiday Closing Dates
3rd June 2021
We would also like to remind our customers that the office will be closed on Thursday 3rd June 2021 where an answering service will be available.
August Bank Holiday Hours
Our offices will be closed for an extended period over the August Bank Holiday and will therefore close at 4pm on Wednesday 25th August 2021 and will not re-open until 9am on Wednesday 1st September 2021.

Off-Hire Procedures
We will post details of our August Bank Holiday off-hire procedures here.
If any off-hire requests are received after these dates, the vehicles will remain on-hire until after the bank holiday and collected within our availability status.

Maintenance and Out of Hours
For those vehicles that include maintenance, should a service light come on your vehicle on the dates that we are closed, we will not be able to authorise any work for services.
Please ensure that your vehicle is booked in after the bank holiday so that the dealer or service centre can call us and authorise the work.
If your vehicle has already been booked in for a service over this period, please get the dealership or service centre to contact us prior to us closing to authorise the work.
