482 Cars In Stock Ready to Go
As of the 10th August 2023, we’ve got 482 vehicles ready to be delivered on our car subscription and flexi-rent fleet. These can be small cars such as the VW Polo right up to vehicles such as the Mercedes GLC SUV.
We’ve even got commercial vehicles on our flexi-rent fleet which include the Ford Transit Courier and the VW Transporter, all with a generous mileage allowance and maintenance included.
Next Day Delivery
If you’ve got an account set up with Cocoon Vehicles, then subject to availability we can arrange delivery within 1-2 working days, don’t need it immediately? No issue, these vehicles can be pre-ordered and delivered up to 10-14 days into the future.
If you have an account and have already had your first vehicle, you can also arrange collection from our specified fleet centre.
Set-up an account
It’s really easy to set up an account with Cocoon Vehicles and you can apply online. Our experienced underwriters will walk you through the simple process and set you a credit limit. This can be based on the amount of money or the number of cars.
If you are a new-start business, we can also help. Our underwriters will take a view of your business and personal circumstances to get you and your business mobile.
Payments and Invoices
Once an account is set up we will require a Direct Debit for all payments of vehicles, our underwriters may also ask for a Credit/Debit card to be held securely on our Stripe payment system.
The credit/debit card will be used in case of payment failure or for initial rentals of further vehicles.
Invoices are produced 7 days before the due date and ready for the Direct Debit. They are VAT invoices and you can claim the VAT back at the prevailing rate, which may be 50% in some circumstances. We can also supply a split of maintenance for your accountant.
Any fines, admin fee’s that you receive we can either settle these on your behalf or represent them into your business name so they can be dealt with internally. We can also add your vehicle to the Congestion Charge Autopay system.
