If you”ve got a spare £1million plus in your bank account, you could possibly get your hands on the Aston Martin Valour which has just been unveiled by the manufacturer as part of their 110-year anniversary. One thing is for sure, it won’t be appearing on our Aston Martin Car Subscriptions anytime soon!
The Aston Martin Valour has been inspired by the 2020 Victor which closely resembled the original V8 Vantage and will be available on a limited run of 110. Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer has said that the design is to “reconnect customers with the engagement of driving, given the digital era.”
The Valour is powered by Aston Martin’s 5.2-litre twin turbo V12 that allows a 0-60mph time of around 3 seconds, pushing 705bhp and 753Nm of torgue to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual gearbox. The Valour will be the only front engined V12 sports car with a manual transmission.
The bodywork is carbon-fibre and has some amazing stand out features which pairs the looks to classic Aston Martin’s from the 70’s and 80’s.
Carbon ceramic brakes are fitted as standard mounted behind 21″ lightweight forged ‘Honeycomb’ alloy wheels. There are three driving modes available: Sport, Sport+ and Track, these driving modes have been tuned to control throttle response, torque management and the sound of the engine.
The chassis has adaptive suspension dampers, springs and anti-roll bars all tweaked for the Valour sporting drive.
