Non-Status Car Leasing is a term that is used when you don’t qualify for a traditional contract hire or car lease. This could be down to a number of reasons from being a new start-up business, no UK credit history or you just don’t fit into the box of a traditional customer.

Our team have been working hard with non-status customers since 2007 and helping them get mobile either personally or as a business. Each application is assessed on its own merit and you will be required to provide information and/or documentation to support your application for a credit line.

Our experienced underwriters have helped 100’s of customers over the years and with a helping hand, you could be driving a new car (or van) in no time at all.

Occasionally, our underwriters may require an additional risk payment, a security deporit, a guarantee or indemnity, or maybe a bit of both. However, all terms are clearly laid out at acceptance and if they don’t suit you, it is no issue at all and you are free to go elsewhere.

It is important to understand that credit checks are carried out for anti-money laundering and FCA compliance. Your credit score itself may not be taken into account and we may apply an affordability and stability check. There are thresholds that our underwriters must meet in terms of various factors.
