Yes, in most cases you will be required to put a refundable deposit down against a vehicle. This will be held until the contract has been finalised.
Should you have any damage, outstanding rentals or excess mileage, the refundable deposit will be offset against this held amount.
All of our Expat Car Leases and Subscriptions have a higher documentation fee, this is due to the costs involved in processing credit checks and underwriting in your home country.
The good news is that the monthly price will be exactly the same as advertisised on the internet, so you will be paying no more per month than a UK customer.
The information that you will need to provide to our underwriters will differ depending on your personal circumstances.
We will ask for at least the following:
- Current Passport
- Current Driving Licence
- Residential Details in your home country
- Where you will be residing in the UK
- Employment History in your home country
- Where you will be working in the UK
- Financial information for your home country
