Short-Term Car Leases

Short-term car leases, built around your timeline

Fixed-term agreements that include rental, manufacturer's breakdown assistance and road tax as standard, with optional maintenance — ideal when you know exactly how long you need a vehicle for.

Short-term leases include the rental, manufacturer's breakdown assistance and road tax as standard, with maintenance available as an optional extra. These are fixed contracts — some options don't include the ability to extend — and typically carry a higher initial rental than a subscription. If you'd prefer a lower initial payment, we can also quote for that, though it will raise the ongoing monthly price.

Refundable deposits may apply, subject to status, as set by our underwriters as part of the credit-checking process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I extend a short-term lease?

Some fixed contracts allow extension and some don't — we'll confirm the exact terms of your chosen vehicle before you commit.

Is the deposit refundable?

Any deposit required is subject to status, set by our underwriters as part of the credit-checking process, and is refundable in line with your agreement — it is not guaranteed to be waived, unlike our subscription products where no deposit is more commonly required.

What's the difference between a subscription and a short-term lease?

A subscription is rolling and can be paused, swapped or returned with 5 working days' notice. A short-term lease is a fixed contract for an agreed period, generally with a lower monthly cost in exchange for less flexibility.

Why is the initial rental higher than a subscription?

Short-term leases are priced as a fixed contract, so the balance between initial rental and monthly price is set upfront. Choosing a higher initial rental lowers your monthly cost, and vice versa — ask our team to model both options for you.

Can I choose 6, 9 or 12 months?

Yes — see our dedicated 6 month, 9 month and 12 month car lease pages for live availability at each fixed term.
