Business Car Subscriptions
Business car subscriptions
A flexible way to put your team on the road — subscribe to company cars on a rolling monthly basis, with maintenance, warranty and breakdown cover included, and no long-term commitment tying up your fleet budget.
Business car subscriptions work in exactly the same flexible way as our personal subscriptions, but tailored to company needs: pool vehicles for occasional use, cars for new starters before you commit to a longer lease, or short-notice cover while a company car is off the road. One monthly invoice covers the vehicle, maintenance and servicing, road fund licence, manufacturer's warranty and breakdown assistance — you just add insurance and fuel or electricity.
Because there's no long-term commitment, a subscription is ideal for businesses whose fleet needs change quickly — scaling a team up or down, trialling electric vehicles before a wider rollout, or covering maternity/paternity leave and other short-term staffing changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is a business subscription different from business leasing?
A subscription is a shorter, rolling monthly commitment (from just 1 month) with maintenance and warranty built in, while a traditional business lease is a fixed 24-48 month contract. Subscriptions suit businesses that need flexibility; a fixed lease suits long-term cost certainty. See our Business Leasing page for the fixed-term route.
Can we run multiple vehicles on one business account?
Yes — most of our business customers run several subscriptions under a single account, and you can add or remove vehicles as your team changes.
Is VAT reclaimable on a business car subscription?
Use the Plus VAT toggle on any vehicle listing to see prices excluding VAT, and speak to your accountant or our team about what's reclaimable for your specific business and vehicle use.
Do you offer subscriptions for new start-up businesses?
Yes, subject to underwriting — see our New Start-up Businesses page for what we typically ask for from early-stage companies.
What documents will our business need to provide?
Typically your company details, director information, and recent business bank statements. Businesses with overseas directors or ownership should see our dedicated pages for additional requirements.
Can we swap vehicles between employees?
Yes — subscriptions are designed to flex with your business, so vehicles can be swapped, added or returned as your team and their needs change.
