Whilst Cocoon Vehicles has always offered delivery to your home or office, since Covid-19 the world has changed dramatically and we have realised that more and more customers want the ability to order their vehicle via phone, email or the website and take delivery at the door of their new cars.
Individuals and Businesses want convenience and flexibility nowadays and as we all know; Time is money. With hectic lifestyles and more consumers wanting the ease of online ordering we have had to invest time and money in streamlining our processes.
We are also in the times where we want things either instantly or very quickly, we have seen this with the uptake of companies such as Amazon offering next-day or even sameday deliveries, and we have seen an uptake of customers taking subscriptions and short-term leases where they can get their shiny new wheels in 3-5 days.
Physical Stock Vehicles
At the time of publishing, we have access to no less than 200 vehicles in physical stock. Whilst these are mainly premium brands, our service offers the flexibility to change the car as often as you like.
Physical vehicles can be turned around very quickly, just this week (Tuesday 13th June 2023) an existing customer in Chesterfield emailed to order an Audi RS4, delivery has already been confirmed for Friday with everything in place.

Delivery to Your Door
If you are a new customer, all first vehicles must be delivered to the registered address on your application and/or paperwork. This is the same for both business and personal applications. Further vehicles can be taken at your preferred location as long as the underwriters have not put any restrictions within your account terms.
On the day of delivery, we aim to give you an ETA first thing in the morning and then where possible a call 1 hour before.
Due to the nature and complexities of vehicle movements, we’re unable to guarantee times, but most take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
When your vehicle arrives, we always advise you to go around the vehicle and take photos from every angle for your records. Any missed damage needs to be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival. Ask the delivery agent where items such as locking wheel nuts and handbooks are located, these must be returned with the vehicles.
